Climb & Spin educational programming is a systematic and progressive approach to teaching pole dancing as a sport and art form. It offers you both structure and creative freedom as an instructor to teach an extensive repertoire of pole skills with clarity and technical proficiency while inspiring individual artistic expression through dance.

Climb & Spin is the foundation of our entire system of pole dance training. Proficiency in the C&S FUNDAMENTALS & TECHNIQUE of climbing and spinning including key grips, braces, hooks, sets and spin impulses is emphasized. They serve as the basis for building strength, proper body mechanics and muscle memory that enable your students to safely and progressively advance toward more complicated skills in our Climb & Invert and Invert & Stuff programs. C&S Fundamentals and technique are developed and reinforced through 50-90 second choreographed routines using our extensive movement vocabulary of 120 climbs, descends, spins, combo spins, static poses, dance transitions and floor-work. Climb & Invert
pre-requisite: Climb & Spin
Climb & Spin prepares you with a large movement vocabulary, a mastery of the FUNDAMENTALS, proper technique and bio-mechanics, strength, muscle memory and joint integrity. Climb & Invert builds upon that foundation, preparing you to effectively teach, cue and spot inversions. This certification also prepares you to teach advanced spins using a push/pull grip, body spirals and advanced static poses on the pole. Coming Spring 2012!
Invert & Handstands
pre-requisites: Climb & Spin, Climb & Invert
This advanced certification program prepares you to safely teach and spot variations of handstands, elbow stands, shoulder mounts and inverted climbs. You will learn how to teach these skills using the many grips and techniques from Climb & Spin and Climb & Invert. This program also prepares you to teach your students how to transition effortlessly from one inversion to the next. Coming Spring 2013!
