There are NO RETURNS & NO REFUNDS on our certification programs. Once you have downloaded our materials, there is no way of returning them to us.
What is your cancellation policy for Workshops?
Please understand that, because there are limited spaces available in each workshop, Climb & Spin Inc requires a 30 day cancellation notice for all workshops via e-mail. This allows us to make your spot available for someone else. With the required 30 day cancellation notice, we will give you store credit equivalent to the cost of the workshop. That store credit may be used toward a future workshop or other educational opportunities with Climb & Spin, Inc. With less than a 30 day cancellation notice, you forfeit your spot in the workshop and the right to a store credit. Thank you for your cooperation!
If Climb & Spin Inc is forced to cancel a workshop due to under-enrollment or un-forseen occurrence, Climb & Spin Inc will offer you a full refund or shop credit of equal value to the cost of the workshop. Please allow 7-10 days from the date of cancellation to receive your full refund or shop credit. Thank you.
