8-Day Teacher Training Workshop
Not for the faint of heart, this is 56 hours of pole dancing packed into 8 days. But it's loads of fun! You'll review, practice and practice teaching all skills from BEGINNER thru ADVANCED including:
- How to teach the FUNDAMENTALS, TECHNIQUE & ARTISTRY of 120 pole skills + modifications in the C&S repertoire
- How & When to Modify Skills based on fitness level & pole experience
- How & When to advance your students from BEG/INT to INT/ADV
- Integrative Anatomy as it relates to pole dancing and how it forms the basis for the C&S FUNDAMENTALS
- C&S Teaching Philosophy & Methodology
- C&S Teach/Scan/Cue Method for clear & concise instruction PLUS strong observation & assessment skills
- Safe spotting techniques: learn how to protect yourself & your students
- How to Structure a 1-hour to 70-minute Multi-Level Climb & Spin Class
- How to Create & Teach 60 - 90 second C&S pole dance routines
